Supervision, always on the record
Supervision is where the paperwork piles up: agreements, observations, meetings, signatures. BxData keeps all of it in one place, beside the session data it's about — every entry dated, attributed, and signed on the record.
Four artifacts, one complete record
Every supervision artifact is dated, attributed, and kept where the others are — so the record explains itself.
The agreement, templated and signed
Every supervisory relationship starts from a signed agreement — scope, expectations, meeting cadence, responsibilities — dated by both parties. BxData templates it, routes it for signature, and files it with the rest of the supervision record.
Active agreements are locked. Renewals start a fresh draft linked to the old one, archived agreements are kept, and both parties are reminded 30 days before an agreement expires. The history stays.
Notes that live with the session
A direct observation note attaches to the client session you observed — time observed, location, next supervision date — in an editor that references the client's actual programs and behaviours inline. Team meetings and data reviews get their own dated notes, with time ranges and attendees.
E-signatures, dated and attributed
Supervision notes and agreements are e-signed. Each signature is dated and attributed, and signing locks the entry. Session notes keep a full version history — a note can be revised afterward, but never silently.
Illustration only — all names fictional.
Your supervisee sees their own record
Every supervisee has a My Supervision page: the notes written about them, the agreements they hold, and the permissions they've been given. Nothing to request, nothing to assemble — the record is visible to the person it's about.
Clinics on BxData scheduling also get a supervision summary: how much of each supervisee's completed client time you attended, for any date range.
