Each family's access is a set of toggles you control. The progress overview and invoices are always on; everything else is off until you turn it on.

Every family sees their child's programs with how many targets are mastered, and the behaviours being tracked. Invoicing clinics also show each invoice, a PDF to download, and your clinic's payment instructions.
Turn on, per family: sessions, notes, and graphs
The sessions list and each session's read-only summary, completed session notes, program progress graphs, and behaviour graphs over 7, 30, or 90 days — each its own toggle. Signed supervision notes are two more.
Upcoming sessions, confirmed by the family
Scheduling clinics can show the next 14 days with Confirm and Can't make it buttons, and a reminder email the day before. The email carries the date, time, and setting only — never the child's name.
Accounts you manage
Up to two parent accounts per client. A parent with two children gets one login with a tab per child. Every sign-in is logged with its date and location, and the portal carries your clinic's logo.

$28 per client per month for everything clinical, month to month. ONTABA members pay $22. Scheduling and invoicing add $9.50 per client per month.

A client with no sessions in a billing period is not billed for it. Inactive clients are stored at no charge.

When a client starts or exits mid-month, the charge is prorated automatically, so you pay only for the days of service.
